We view private aviation primarily as a tool for efficient time management, flexibility, and full control over your journey. Our clients often choose this solution when scheduled commercial flights no longer make practical sense — whether due to a demanding timetable, the need to visit multiple destinations within a single day, or the requirement for direct access to less accessible locations.

We would therefore like to introduce how the entire flight arrangement process works briefly.

Every flight begins with a thorough analysis of your requirements. We focus not only on the destination and preferred departure time, but also on the number of passengers, the level of flexibility throughout the day, connections to business meetings or other commitments, and any specific requests such as the transport of sports equipment. Our objective is to understand the full context of your journey, not merely the flight itself.

Based on this information, we propose the most suitable aircraft type, taking into account the route, range, capacity, and operational considerations. For mid-range European flights with six to eight passengers, for example, the Cessna Citation XLS+ may represent an effective solution, offering a balance of comfort, range, and operational efficiency. However, each selection is always tailored to the specific route and requirements of the journey.

Once the proposed solution is approved, we manage the contractual arrangements and coordinate all aspects of the flight. This includes confirming precise timing, arranging onboard catering, organizing ground transfers if required, and handling any additional individual requests. Throughout the process, you remain in direct contact with designated members of our team who oversee the flight and ensure that every stage of the journey proceeds as planned.

On the day of departure, the process is significantly more streamlined compared to commercial travel. You typically arrive at the airport approximately fifteen to twenty minutes before departure. Private terminal facilities are used, allowing for a swift security procedure without queues, followed by direct boarding of the aircraft without passing through the public terminal. The entire departure process is organized around your schedule.

During the flight, the cabin environment provides privacy and a quiet setting suitable for both work and relaxation. Where operational conditions permit, certain adjustments to the itinerary can be made, such as modifying the return time or adding stop. This flexibility allows multiple meetings across different countries to be conducted within a single day, without overnight stays or unnecessary time constraints.

Upon arrival, disembarkation again takes place via the private terminal, with luggage available without delay. Upon request, we can arrange onward transfers by helicopter or car directly from the airport. For multi-day journeys, the aircraft and crew may remain at your disposal according to the agreed schedule.

Private aviation is not intended to replace commercial airlines in every situation. Rather, we see it as an effective solution when time efficiency, schedule flexibility, and full control over the journey are essential. Each itinerary has its own specifics, and we approach every request individually. If you are planning a trip that requires precise timing and the ability to adapt throughout the day, we will be pleased to prepare a solution tailored to your route and professional commitments.
